The Breville Vac Pac is a simple and effective way to extend the shelf life of your food.
It's compact and offers powerful vacuum sealing.
It has zip lock bags so you don't have to cut the sealed bag and you can re-seal the bag and pop it into the fridge untill you use all the contents.
You can wash the bag and use again for vacuum sealing up to 20 times, so it saves you money.
If you use the other system of heat sealing you have to throw away the used plastic.
How it is used. Place the food into the bag and close the zip lock.
Place the bag into the Vac Pac on an circle printed on the bag and press the Vac Pac down. This removes all the air and heat seals the tiny hole from which it draws all the air.
The bag sizes are:
Small 1 litre bag, 29.5 cm by 20cm
Large 3.8 litre bag, 35cm by 26.7cm
There are 4 boxes of the large and 4 boxes of the small.
One box of each size has been opened and some have been used.
